About Me

My name is Robert Smyth and I started my photography life as a landscape photographer in 2003. I soon became interested in digital art, basically photographs adjusted by computer or mixed with other photographs to create a unique picture. I have had several exhibitions displaying my digital art and I have always been interested in people’s reaction to my work.

Earlier in 2006 I opened my first studio (imagery studio) just outside Randalstown, Co. Antrim. Over the years i have worked on studio photography and have crafted a love for creating beautiful, personal photography for my clients, i enjoy working with people and bringing memories for them to treasure, i dont see this as a business more of desire to create better images and something different for each client.

My range of work covers baby photography, to weddings, international fashion to local community photography, giving me a wide range of technical knowledge and experience, which i realise many photographers dont get to achieve.
 
I am constantly learning about photography, being a good photographer takes skill, creativity, persistence and patients. It’s a craft that can take decades to perfect, but it’s an amazing journey. Below are some of my favourite images that I have taken over the last few years.
